There are some weddings that will just forever be special to me. Lindsay and Matthew’s wedding will always be that! When I first met Lindsay she was planning the wedding from Boston, but her family is from Dallas. Her mom had already done a ton of research and found the venue, a lovely historic location on White Rock Lake, called the Filter Building.
The couple got ready at the Fairmont Dallas. This suite is amazing! Designer Faces did an amazing job of making the ladies look extraordinary. Lindsay and her mom made these custom tennis shoes for the bridesmaids the dance in!
The groom and groomsmen were all from Boston. They opted for bolo ties and belt buckles, to make it a truly Texas event!
I could not be a bigger proponent of first looks, I love the simple moments that they allow a couple to share. They are private and so special.
Lindsay and Matt’s wedding was initially planned for 2020, but, we all know how that story went, so with a great amount of joy we produced this week in 2021! Lindsay and Matt opted to get married with the same Rabbi that married her parents in 2020, so in 2021, I was given a great honor (honestly, I am tearing up a little) to serve as their “fake” rabbi. What a gift!
The reception was a BLAST with music from Intensity Band and catering from Two Sisters.
